Shipping and Returns
No, we probably won't be shipping you your precious items in a wooden crate! We will do all that we can to make sure your purchases are well packed and protected before we take them to the post office. Most of your treasures will arrive through the US postal service. If anything arrives damaged, we will happily refund your money. If you order more than one item, we will try to pack them carefully together. If the shipping costs are less than estimated on the website, we will also refund that overage amount to you.

Returns/Refunds
As for returns, please be aware that all of our products are artisinally made, whether recently, or 100+ years ago. Because of the nature of our special products, please expect some flaws. That said, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not happy with what you receive, please feel free to contact us so that we can work out a good solution.
